Afternoon - Happy new year :-)

I am trying to find a solution to use power automate to export a whole planner to an excel file in the same sharepoint group.

Plan to input this excel file into Power BI to create a dashboard.

Thanks

    Hi Rob,

Thank you for your post in our forum.

Per your description, it seems that you have the question related to the Power Automate. As our forum mainly focuses on the Office 365 Business product, so, to make sure that you can get more professional help and save your time, we request that you can post a new thread in Welcome to the Microsoft Power Automate Community, which is dedicated to handling related Power Automate.

Thus, it’s better for you to that forum and gets dedicated assistance, the experts there will further investigate it and provide related advice for you.

However, here is a workaround just for your reference, you can export every plan and then merge all the Excel workbooks as sheets into one workbook.

We highly appreciate your cooperation and understanding! Thank you for your time. 😊 I hope it’s not too late to say Happy New Year to you now.

    Best regards,

    Cindy
