Preserve e-mail message sent through anonymous relay Exchange 2016 hybrid

Hi,

Our organization has hybrid environment with Exchange 2016 CU21 and Office 365, all mailboxes are already migrated to the cloud. One of our users has asked to check if there is a possibility to preserve e-mails messages sent through anonymous relay. Is it even possible? Maybe using shared mailbox and transport rules or something similar? I have no idea.

I would be happy for any advice or tip, thanks!

    If the sender's ip address or email address can be specified, I suppose you may use setup a transport rule to preserve the messages.

    The rule would be like:
