Cannot access the code editor in Automate tab for Excel for the web

I am trying to access the Office Scripts in the Automate tab, however it always gives me this error: 

We couldn't connect to the catalog server for this feature 

Could anyone help why this is happening?

    I am Renzo, as an Independent Advisor and Office user, I'll help you with your question.
    At this moment, Office Scripts is just available for work or schools account in (Preview mode: PG it's still in developing face):

    To use Office Scripts, you'll need the following.

    1. Excel on the web (other platforms, such as desktop, are not supported).
    2. OneDrive for Business.
    3. Any commercial or educational Microsoft 365 license with access to the Microsoft 365 Office desktop apps, such as:

    Office 365 Business
    Office 365 Business Premium
    Office 365 ProPlus
    Office 365 ProPlus for Devices
    Office 365 Enterprise E3
    Office 365 Enterprise E5
    Office 365 A3
    Office 365 A5

    If you have above requirements, perform following process to activate the feature:

    1. In any internet browser go to below link and access with your global admin account:
      https://admin.microsoft.com/
    2. In left pane click Settings > Org settings > on the list find "Office Script" and open it > there you can activate it.

    Note:
    Office Scripts in Excel on the web is in public preview. The functionality described here is subject to change as the feature develops. You can submit feedback on Office Scripts through the Help > Feedback button in Excel. You can submit feedback about the documentation to the OfficeDev/office-scripts-docs GitHub repository.
