Do you see the shortcuts listed in the Customize Keyboard dialog box (File > Options > Customize Ribbon > Customize)? For example, is Ctrl+Z associated with EditUndo?
Shortcuts not Working in Word
Hello,
My shortcuts in Word are not working. Specifically, Ctrl+Z 'Undo' is not working. Increasing font size, Ctrl+> and Ctrl+<
I have tried the following ways
- Tried Quick Repair
- Tried Online Repair
- Downloaded Office 365 again from Admin and installed afresh
- Went to ribbon, and selected 'English' as a language instead of 'Match Windows Language'
Shortcuts are working fine in Excel and PowerPoint
I don't know how to fix it and it is getting quite annoying now.
Please share any fixes.

2020-10-08T20:38:56+00:00 I was able to do that manually, thank you. Why is that issue though?
What about increasing the font size Ctrl + Shift + > (I forgot whether its both Ctrl + Shift or one of it, I forgot it now)
Why is this happening though?

Or did you successfully reassign the shortcut but it was then lost again, for example after you closed and restarted Word?
