Please help: SharePoint List-Automate tracking list

Hi all

I am trying to create a tracking system composes of Staff Training tracking list & HRM (contact each staff member details & training hours). I have built 2 SharePoint list. My goal is to when I updated a new training (or when the training status turns to ' done'), the training hours will be updated on the other list based on the attendees information from the Staff Training Log list (I set 'Search user' for the Attendees column). Please help !!!! Any advice or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.

    the training hours will be updated on the other list based on the attendees information from the Staff Training Log list

    based on your description,you want to update the column of HRM table with end date minus start date of log table. automatically instead of entry hours manually.

    I do not think sharepoint list can be manipulated over different lists directly.

    this kind of formula which can refer and calculate data on another sheet existing in Excel not available on sharepoint list,I guess.

    I go through the post carefully, per the description, it seems that you want to update the training time in B list if the status column is changed/edited in A list. If so, the demand can only be realized using Flow as there has no out-of-box feature in SharePoint Online.

    However, as the category here is not on Microsoft Power Automate which focus on using Flows to work with SharePoint list better and engineers here have limited resources on testing flows. To make sure you could get dedicated help on building flows in Microsoft Power Automate, I would sincerely suggest you post in Microsoft Power Automate Community which is a dedicated channel for Power Automate related questions. Members and engineers there are more professional on such questions, you may have better experience there.

    Also, I found some threads in Power Automate Community and hope they could offer a bit ideas on your scenario.
