    My name is Renzo, as an Independent Advisor and Office user, I'll help you with your question.

    You can perform following process:

    1. In search-box of Windows toolbar type: Control Panel and open it.
    2. Click in Programs > Uninstall a program, find Microsoft Office 365, right-click over it > click on "Change" then "Quick Repair".
    3. If does not work, you can use a "Online Repair".
