I have some files save in SharePoint which can accessible by users in my dept.

some features not support in Web browser  so we need to open files in Desktop App.

the problem when users access the same files at the same time, the message appearing "UPLOAD FAILED We'll sorry this didn't work. Try saving again later and if that still doesn't work, click Save a Copy". how to fix or solve this problems and our user using "Microsoft 365 business standard".

    Hi Ponlork,

Sorry for the inconvenience it may have caused.

To troubleshoot the issue you encountered, there are some suggestions you may take:

    1. Remove and reconnect OneDrive.
    1. In the Excel app, click File.
    2. At the bottom left, click Account.
    3. Under Connected Services, click Remove service for the OneDrive you want to disconnect from.
    4. Once it's removed, to reconnect, click Add a service, then hover over Storage and select OneDrive.
    5. Follow the steps to sign in to OneDrive.
    1. Update Office to the latest version. With Office updated, some issues would get resolved. So it’s a good idea to keep Office up to date.
    2. Open Excel in safe mode to exclude the issue is related to some third-party add-ins. Then check the result.
    3. Perform Office Online Repair to fix the problem.

And if the issue persists, we would like to collect some information to further check it:

    1. Which version of Office do you have? After starting Excel, click on File > Account, please take a screenshot of the Product Information pane and share it with us.Note*: To protect your privacy, please remove the private informationcontains on the image before sharing it with us.*
    2. Does the issue occur on all Office documents? Or just this certain Excel workbook?

    Appreciate your understanding.

    Best regards,
    Madoc
