Hi Ponlork,
Sorry for the inconvenience it may have caused.
To troubleshoot the issue you encountered, there are some suggestions you may take:
- Remove and reconnect OneDrive.
- In the Excel app, click File.
- At the bottom left, click Account.
- Under Connected Services, click Remove service for the OneDrive you want to disconnect from.
- Once it's removed, to reconnect, click Add a service, then hover over Storage and select OneDrive.
- Follow the steps to sign in to OneDrive.
- Update Office to the latest version. With Office updated, some issues would get resolved. So it’s a good idea to keep Office up to date.
- Open Excel in safe mode to exclude the issue is related to some third-party add-ins. Then check the result.
- Perform Office Online Repair to fix the problem.
And if the issue persists, we would like to collect some information to further check it:
- Which version of Office do you have? After starting Excel, click on File > Account, please take a screenshot of the Product Information pane and share it with us.Note*: To protect your privacy, please remove the private informationcontains on the image before sharing it with us.*
- Does the issue occur on all Office documents? Or just this certain Excel workbook?
Appreciate your understanding.
Best regards,
Madoc
