Excel charting, horizontal axis move to bottom

Hi, I'm asking for help with an Excel charting problem concerning the horizontal axis. In this example, you can see that I've set labels to "Low," so they appear along the bottom. But the horizontal axis and its tick marks -- I can't figure out how to move them to the bottom. I'm aware that I could set "Horizontal axis crosses" to -0.16%, but that produces a different effect. I just want to move the axis line. I can supply a workbook with this chart and its data.

I’ve just put up 2 files for you:-

    EXCEL File:-

    http://www.mediafire.com/file/idzosmeoq4lty7d/charts_negative_values_inside_out_hard_copy_page_643_1_testing_feb_15_2021.xlsx/file

    WORD File:-

    http://www.mediafire.com/file/009xrnp5n0bmbf1/chart_testing_negative_amounts_feb_15_2021_1.docx/file

Download both files and save them off to a local drive.

Open the files and click on:-

    Enable Editing

     - if necessary.

    The EXCEL file has the:-

    horizontal axis move to bottom

     - in the wrong position as you have it.

The WORD file gives you step by step instructions as to how to get to where you want to be.

Once you’ve opened the file go to page 2 of 13 and on that page there’s a red number 4. Start from this point for your step by step instructions.

Final result’s shown in screen shot below.

Does that give you what you want?

Click on image to open it in a new browser tab so that you can see it more clearly.

Thank you. The instructions you give are to set labels to "Low," which is something I mentioned in my question.

Did you follow the instructions to the letter as set out in my WORD document?

If you did then you should arrive at the correct answer as the image I've provided clearly shows.

Perhaps you haven't followed my procedure to the letter or perhaps there's a bug in your version of the software which isn't present in my version.

Have you tried plugging your numbers into my Workbook and seeing if that gets you to where you want to be?

I appreciate your time and effort, but I don't think you understand what I'm asking. The chart that I shared in my question has labels set to "Low." This is what your instructions recommend.

Bob - I fully understand what you're asking.

As I said in my previous posting:-

Perhaps you haven't followed my procedure to the letter or perhaps there's a bug in your version of the software which isn't present in my version.

A bug in the software at your end may account for the behaviour that you're reporting. This bug, if present in your version, clearly isn't present in mine because I get the correct results (those expected by you).

The only other thing that I can think of is: how did your format your months and years?

In my Workbook cells B1 to M1 are formatted as Text. How are yours formatted? If not Text this may account for what you say.
