I am trying to create an automation where if you create an event in microsoft outlook calendar, the automation creates a task in microsoft to-do. however, i get this error message: "Flow save failed with code 'OpenApiOperationParameterValidationFailed' and message 'Input parameter 'body' validation failed in workflow operation 'Add_a_to-do_(V2)': The parameter with value '"@triggerOutputs()?['body/end']"' in path 'body/DueDateTime/DateTime' with type/format 'String/date-no-tz' is not convertible to type/format 'String/date-time'.'."

can someone help me, please?

    Hi Roy,

    Thanks for your patience.

In the Add a to-do(V2) connection, for the Due Date, you may try

    formatDateTime(outputs('Get_event_(V3)')?['body/end'],'yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ssZ')

For the Reminder Date, you may try

    formatDateTime(outputs('Get_event_(V3)')?['body/start'],'yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ssZ')

    Here are the details:

    Best Regards,

    Tina

    Hi Roy,

Thank you for sharing the experience with us.

From your description, we understand that you want to create a flow so that when an event is created in Outlook calendar, it also creates a task in Microsoft To-Do.

Could you please also share with us screenshots about the other connectors you use above the Add a to-do? We'd like to confirm the details of the flow and do troubleshooting.

    Thanks your time and effort.

    Best Regards,

    Tina

    Hi Tina,

you got it correctly. I like the due date to reflect the date the event was created in outlook and the end time of the event to be due time. I like the start time of the event to be the reminder time of the event along. For example, if i create an event A on 11/20/2020 from 8 AM to 10 PM, i like a task to be created in microsoft to-do that has due date of 11/20/2020 with due time 10 PM and reminder time to be 8AM.

I am attaching screenshots of my other connectors. ![](https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/769eae61-5d68-48f5-b8be-1c7d23926a98?platform=QnA"https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/1e1c59df-134d-493d-bfb1-bbe62f0aa4fd?platform=QnA" rel="ugc nofollow">

    Hi Tina,

thank you so much. that worked. Is there a knowledge base document where I can learn format of these expressions? I am a student. So, it will be really nice for me to refer back to a resource.
