Hi,

I'd like to know how can I take:

  1. Outcomes and place them in an automated email notification to go out at the end of the process informing the relevant stakeholders of the outcomes of the approvals (6 parallel approvals) placed in the Flow.
  2. Approvers and place them in an automated email notification to go out at the end of the process informing the relevant stakeholders of the outcomes of the approvals (6 parallel approvals) placed in the Flow.
  3. Approval history( (as text string) in email notification and added to Audit Trail column in SharePoint list.

Please look at flow below....

Any help would be extremely appreciated.

Hi Kanye,

Thank you for your post in our forum.

Per your description, it seems that you have a question related to the flow of Power Automate. As our forum mainly focuses on the built-in Office 365 business products, we don’t have the relevant environment to test and check the relevant resource to help you investigate further even though we really want to help you more. So, to make sure that you can get more professional help and save your time, we request that you can post a new thread in Microsoft Power Automate Community - Power Platform Community, which is dedicated to handling related Power Automate. Moreover, it’s better for you to that forum to get more dedicated assistance, the experts there will further investigate it and provide related advice for you.

Appreciate your time and understanding. 😊 I hope everything works out for you!

Best regards,

Cindy
