I am unable to generate the transcript Id. Access id.

Hi Team,
I have completed AZ-900 on 11-August-2021 through Certiport however while opening Microsoft Learning dashboard to get the Transcript ID, I am unable to view neither the certificate nor the transcript in my Learning dashboard. I have created the profile in Microsoft learning with the same email id which I had registered for AZ900 in Certiport.
My particulars:Registered email id: Kaneezkulaum@Stuff .com
Certiport Certification ID: 991891448
Kindly help.
