    Hi Deeppatel_206,

Thank you for reaching out. I'm Adie, an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. I'll be happy to help you out.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Try repairing your Office application by following these steps:

    1. Right-click on Start, then select Apps and Features.
    2. Scroll down to find Microsoft Office product.
    3. Select that and choose Modify.
    4. Select Online Repair.
    5. Once the process is completed, you may need to restart your computer.

If online repair did not work, you may completely uninstall your Office using the easy fix tool. Please check out the link below and scroll down to “Option 2 - Completely uninstall Office with the uninstall support tool”. From there, kindly follow the steps provided. Once the process is complete, you may now reinstall your Office.

It seems that your document opens in Compatibility Mode. Try saving your document as .docx and see if it helps.

To open and save file as .docx by default, please follow these steps:

    1. File > Options > Save.
    2. Click the “Save files in this format” dropdown and select Word Document (.docx).
    3. Click Ok.

    Kind regards.
