Perf Table has no Data in Log Analytics

Hi, I have few IOT edge devices running in my hub, which has metric collector modules running on them which get stored in log Analytics. AS a result, I am able to access the insightsMetrics Table. I have also turned on the performance Counter, but the Perf Table is empty and Querying it gives No result. Any help would be appreciated.

The custom metrics that I am using are working as expected without any issues
