My team are lost the access on Cha after the meeting

My team after the meeting are missing the access on Chat, appear the message bellow, how can I fix this.

        JORGE GUTIERREZ (External) no longer has access to the chat.

Do you mean you have no access to meeting chat when the meeting is over?

When the meeting is over, are you still in the meeting as an participant?

Based on my research, participants access to meeting chat will be dependent on how they were invited to the meeting. People added to a meeting via a meeting link and were not added to the original meeting invite will no longer have access to chats, files, notes, and other meeting content after the meeting ends.
