You could try with following process:
- Tap and hold OneDrive app > App info > in bottom tap "Clear data" > All data, then uninstall OneDrive App
- Restart your Android mobile > then open Play Store find latest OneDrive version and install it, next sign in with your Office personal account.
Then check out the Vault behavior.
Besides, In your default internet browser in your mobile, remove all cache and navigation history.
