Hi,
I purchased this through the HUP program in 2016. I now want to uninstall and re-install on new laptop. The "Install" link in my original email takes me to Microsoft, I sign in, but my HUP order is not in my order history.
How do I retrieve the product key?
Thanks

For access to the order history, you probably need the work e-mail.
Note that if you are saying that you have left the company, you probably do not have a right to use the HUP license. See the FAQ at the bottom of the page at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/home-use-program/order-history:
"If you do not work at a company that is eligible for the Home Use Program, then you are no longer eligible to access activation and installation information related to your Office Professional Plus 2013/2016/2019, Office Home & Business for Mac 2016/2019, Visio Professional 2013/2016/2019, or Project Professional 2013/2016/2019 purchases."
Hi Shawn0424
That is a possibility, do you see that Office licence listed on this page:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/home-use-progra...
If not, then the best option may be to phone Microsoft Support in your local area and ask them to reactivate your paid for licence . . .
Hi Dave, thanks for the reply. I no longer have access to that email. I thought the whole premise of HUP was that you forwarded to your home email and its connected to your personal email rather than the work email? I used the link 2 years ago to install on a new laptop and it worked. I need to do this again but this time the link takes me to my microsoft account and the order is not in my history. Wouldn't this be linked to my Microsoft account if I used it 2 years ago? I'm worried that Microsoft severed this link because they want users to go to Microsoft 365....
Thanks for your information.
