Mailbox size for outlook

Hi Team,

Can you please help to check why i already subscription the premium office 365 why my outlook mailbox still 15GB? I've been try to re-install and updated but still no any update for the mailbox size.

I can saw the onedrive already updated to 1TB, but why my outlook mailbox still no any update. Please help on this

    Hi @SuLingLim-2430,

    If you just purchased a premium version, it would take some time to complete the process.

    Are you in a trial? Premium features are not available in Outlook.com during the trial period. If you are out of the trial do this:

    1. Log into Microsoft 365 subscription billing details on the Microsoft account website: https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365/billing
    2. Change the 'recurring billing' state - turn it off if on, on if off. This will trigger outlook.com to update. (Don't forget to change it back to your preferred setting.) 3. Refresh your web browser (press F5 or click the reload button)

    There was a bug that prevented outlook.com from upgrading if not in a trial. It was fixed a few hours ago.
