Not receiving verification code for Sharepoint

Hi all,

I need to access a shared folder on Microsoft Sharepoint, which would ask me to enter a verification code sent to my Gmail address. It has been working fine for the past two months (except the e-mails would always end up in the Spam folder), but since 22 October I could no longer receive those e-mails (not even in the SPAM folder!). I tried adding sharepoint's e-mail address to my Contact List, but still it doesn't work. Is there any way I could solve this problem? Thank you very much!

    Thanks for posting in the community.

    According to your description, please go to Gmail for Web and search the verification code email again (also check Junk Email or Spam folder). Also, please check whether your Gmail account has redirected these messages to another account.

    1. What if you let the folder owner share it to another email, does the issue still exist?
    2. What if you let the owner share another file/folder with you, does the issue happen?
    3. Do other users have the same issue?
