OneNote for Android app won't sync

Hi, I have issue with OneNote app on my Android phone. Everytime I open my notes, it shows empty, when I go to the sync status it says "Sorry, we couldn't open the notes that you were looking for. They may have been moved or deleted, or you may not have permission to open them" with error 0x2 bdf5f. I have tried reinstalling, updating to the latest version. Opening the notes on Windows 10 app and OneNote web just fine. There is one more issue, that's Recent Pages, also on OneNote for Android, when I open it says "An error occurred. Please try again", pressing on the "+" icon it says "Default section not available. Make sure your PC is synced and the default section is set". How do I fix these issues?

    Dear Nguyennam,
I'm Renzo, I'll help you with your question.

    You could try this:

    1. Verify in cloud if you have synced and updated your "notebooks", so, in any internet browser in inPrivate/Incognito mode (Ctrl+Shift+N), go to below link:
      https://onenote.com
    2. Access with your personal account, then you will see the list of all your notebooks, check out, if you have all updated, if so, you can try with following process at your mobile device:
    3. First, tap and hold OneNote app > App info > in bottom tap "Clear data" > All data, then uninstall OneNote App > Restart your Android mobile > then open PlayStore find last OneNote version and install it, next sign in with your personal account and sync your notebook and check behavior.

If the error persist, probably it is because the section is too large, so in that case as a workaround you can split your section or a page in two or more sections / pages.

So, if you Android is updated and the issue persist, you have to notify the bug with PG (product group), Open the app > in right click in ellipsis button > Send Feedback to Microsoft > I don't like something > you have to explain the issue there, and send it.
