One Note not Displaying recent notes

Hello. On my home screen of the One Note Android App, where recently edited notes should display, it only shows notes from November 2022 and later. I'm able to access my recent notes once i go into the specific notebook, but they do not show up on the home screen. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and clearing the cache. When i did this, it appeared the the problem was fixed; my most recent notes were listed correctly at the home screen. However, when I closed the app and reopened it, it went back to showing notes from November and later. Is there a way to resolve this? Thanks for your help.

    Hello,

Welcome to Microsoft Community and appreciate your time taken for sharing detailed information. I understand that One Note not Displaying recent notes. I could share with you some of my thoughts on this issue.

This is a strange thing, because you've cleared the OneNote cache, and you could see the recently opened notes after you reinstall OneNote. Have you tried logging out and back into your OneNote for Android? Are all these recent notes still on your phone? Sync your OneNote for Android again to see if it works.

    1. In OneNote, find the notebook that's experiencing the sync issues.
    2. Tap the three-dots menu in the upper right corner of the screen, and choose Sync (account name) notebook. **Tip:**To sync all notebooks, go to the list of notebooks. Tap the three-dots menu and then choose Sync all.
    3. Leave the device on until the sync is done. You may have to leave the device on overnight, especially in the case of very large notebooks or first-time syncs.

Feel free to post back if you need any further assistance.

    Best Regard,
