Hi,

I'm trying to install office 365 32 bit and the error "the procedure entry point EventRegister could not belocated in the dynamic link library ADVAPI32.dll"

Need help. Thanks!

    1. What is your Office 365 plan? For example, may I know if you are using Microsoft 365 Business account or Microsoft 365 personal account? Family Account
    2. What is the version of your operating system? Meanwhile, is your operating system 32-bit or 64-bit? Win7ulitmate 32bit
    3. Do you only get this error message when install Office suite? Does it appear after double-clicking the installer or during the installation? It appear after double clicking the installer
    4. Where did you download Office application? May I know if you download Office 365 suite from Microsoft official website? yes
    5. Could you provide the screenshot of error message?
