Hi there-

Just had a questions regarding data usage and working offline on Sharepoint. As working on Sharepoint files takes a significant amount of internet usage - is it possible to work offline (ie. pause syncing) work on the files, and then resume syncing every other day or so? Will this affect our documents, work flow in anyway?

Thanks!

Dear Amali,

Welcome to the forum here.

Yes, it is possible.

Generally, you can use the OneDrive sync client to sync the SharePoint files, pause sync and resume sync to update the files to SharePoint Online via the way mentioned in the article.

Welcome to share any updates when you have time if you need further help on this thread.

Best Regards,

Cliff
