Shape position

Question

After the recent update of MS Word, the shapes in my documents is no longer in its original position. How to fix it? Thank you.

As you have demonstrated, this appears to be a display glitch, only. Report it to Microsoft via the Feedback facility at File > Feedback.

True shape position when i don't hide the blank between the pages

Sorry for the late reponse!

The issue is only with the .doc file: When I hide the spaces between the pages, the shapes automatically move down

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate that you've taken the time to post your concern here in Microsoft Community Forum**.**   

I understand that you have an issue in which the Shape option is not on the right position in to your Word App. Let me go ahead and help you.

Allow me to ask the following:

• What type of Office license are you using? (M365 Personal and Home or M365 for Business)
• When was the last update for the Word App?
• If possible can you provide a screenshot for me to properly isolate the issue.
