Access denied error while migrating mailbox from Exchange OnPrem to Exchange Online

Hi all,

I am experiencing migration problems, most of the mailboxes included in migration batches failed with the following error messajes:

Error: MigrationTransientException: The call to ‎'https://hybrid _server/EWS/mrsproxy.svc‎' failed. Error details: Access is denied.. --> The call to ‎'https://hybrid _server/EWS/mrsproxy.svc‎' failed. Error details: Access is denied.. --> Access is denied.

or

Error: TooManyTransientFailureRetriesPermanentException: The job encountered too many transient failures (61) and is quitting. The most common failure is CommunicationErrorTransientException/SecurityAccessDeniedException with the hit count 59. --> The call to 'https://hybrid_server/EWS/mrsproxy.svc' failed. Error details: Access is denied.. --> Access is denied.

Only 10% of mailboxes are able to be migrated, the remaining 90% failed with either any of the 2 error messages listed above.

Please advice.

    Hello MigueTurrubiates,

    Welcome to post here.

    Seems this issue is related with the backed server's resource limitation which caused the migration slow or stalled. Could you please open a support ticket (supposing you are the global admin) from the Microsoft 365 admin center > support > new a service ticket to double confirm with our backend team? Or please wait some time to try again.
