Viva Learning - SharePoint Content

A couple of weeks ago we set up Viva Learning to allow us to publish our own content through SharePoint. The "Learning App Content Repository" list was created automatically and we added an entry to point to a document library folder where we had put 3 mp4 videos just as a test. Within 24 hours that content was available in Viva Learning in Teams - the test was successful!

Unfortunately we cannot seem to remove those videos from Viva Learning or add anything else. We've physically deleted those videos and added others but Viva Learning still shows the original 3 videos which are no longer available. We've tried deleting the document library, the content repository and turning off Viva Learning for SharePoint and starting again from scratch but nothing changes. I heard that it can take 24 hours for the content to update, but we've been waiting a week or more now and nothing has updated. Looking for help to get this sorted please. Thanks.

    Hi Edwin Derry,

I go through the post carefully, basically, we may remove contents in Viva learning by delete documents in source folder, and managed permission of source folder, as you can see from the link: Add SharePoint as a learning content source for Microsoft Viva Learning | Microsoft Docs

If the contents still remains for a long time after you tried to delete them, I would suggest you create a support ticket on the issue from Microsoft admin center>Support.(if you are not admin in your tenant, please contact admin to create support ticket. For more info on Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Docs), agents on server side have more resource and tools to troubleshooting the issue further and fix it, thanks for your patience and understanding!

    Best Regards,

    Clark
