Pivot Table - Duplicate values causing total to be wrong

Hi,

I have a pivot table that shows the value of orders and when the orders where dispatched.

The problem is if the order was dispatched at different dates it add the order twice see below. This throws of the total

Because the part was part dispatched on the 19th and the seventh this is coming up at 20.74 instead of 10.37

Any help to make one of these numbers disappear would be great thanks

    Hi Breandan McCann

Assuming data in Table1, does the Pivot Table reflect what's expected in term of Totals ?
