Create SharePoint Item using PowerAutomate

I am relatively new to using PowerAutomate, and I am creating a process flow that creates a SharePoint List item based on a status field within another list.

When there is a request received from Stakeholder and Business areas (Front-end), I will need to open a corresponding request on the (Back-end) once the project reaches a certain status. This relays information to our business analyst.

I have completed the flow and entered all Dynamic content to allow the list item to transfer all required data points.

When I test the flow, it shows all the steps succeeded, but the corresponding request is not created in the (Back-end) list as I am expecting.

I am unsure what I am missing. Can someone please help?

    Hi Chris,

The workflow looks good to me as well. So my idea is the Condition you have setup is not satisfied.

I can see, you did not setup any actions if the condition fails.

Could you click on this part:

And see what's the result for this condition, is it true of false?

Thank you so much for the quick follow-up.

Here is the image when I expand.

To confirm, when I change the status to "Design," a copy of that ticket should be created/mirrored into a different list.

The possible issue is that the condition is not being met, causing the change not to occur. Do I understand that correctly?

    Hi Chris,

Yes, as you can see the Condition return value False, which means the requirement you've setup was not met.

You can click on Show Raw Input, and it should give you a clear view on which requirement is not satisfied.

    Regards,
