I work for a law enforcement agency and we tested shared PC mode with our computer services section. Initially, it removed the tested domain accounts after 7 days. With this test working, we installed the feature on all of the PCs in our jail as they are used by numerous people based throughout the day. We increased the time before removal to 90 days on those PCs as well as our test PC. Now the accounts on the test PC have surpassed 90 days without login and the accounts are not being removed. Due to internal policies and policies within our county and the fact that the jail is a 24/7 operation the PCs can't and don't go into sleep mode. We have also tried running the script that performs the user maintenance and should remove the accounts based on the parameters we set but the accounts remain on the test PC. We are currently running on Windows 10 enterprise 20H2. Are we missing a setting somewhere to have these accounts removed as intended?

I apologize for the very delayed response. We have tried different times/dates and the accounts are still not being removed.
