Aaron --
You are going down the wrong path, my friend. I notice that the URL for the web site contains the words "PWA". This means that your organization is using either Project Server or Project Online, and the URL is for your organization's Project Web App. In your copy of Microsoft Project, you need to create a PWA login account, which will allow you to connect your copy of Microsoft Project to your organization's PWA.
To create your login account in Microsoft Project, do the following:
- Launch Microsoft Project and open a new blank project, if needed.
- Click the File tab and then click the Info tab in the Backstage.
- At the top of the Info page, click the Manage Accounts button.
- In the Project Web App Accounts dialog, click the Add button.
- In the Account Name dialog, enter a friendly and descriptive name for the account, such as Project Online Production, for example.
- In the Account Name dialog, enter the URL of your organization's Project Web App. That is the URL you showed in the screenshot you shared with us.
- In the Account Name dialog, leave the Set as Default Account checkbox selected, and then click the OK button.
- In the lower left corner of Project Web App Accounts dialog, select the Choose an Account option, and then click the OK button.
- Exit Microsoft Project completely and then launch the software again.
- In the Login dialog, leave your login account selected in the Profile pick list, and then click the OK button.
After connecting your Microsoft Project to Project Web App, open the project you were trying to sync with SharePoint, and then click File > Save As. At the top of the Save As page in the Backstage, click the Save button at the top of the page. In the Save to Project Web App dialog, enter a name for this project and then click the Save button. This action will now store your new project in the Project Web App database.
Hope this helps.
