I have passed the renewal exam Azure Solution Architect but the validity of the certification is not extended

Question

I have passed the renewal exam for Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert. But the validity of the certification is not extended and on the dashboard the systel is still proposing to renew my certification. I have passed again second time but the same problem persist.
Could you please assist?
