Microsoft 2015-2019 error installing

hello I have been trying to install microsoft visual c++ 2015-2019 on my old laptop at first i cant install it because i dont have the service pack 1 so i downloaded and installed but i cant still install the microsoft visual i have tried uninstalling my 2015 and rebooting a couple of times but to no avail i cant still install it. here is the log i have 32 bit operating system btw

    Please download the troubleshooter: Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed and use the troubleshooter to remove the following program:
    Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable - 14.11.25325
    Then, please install the required update Windows6.1-KB2999226-x86.msu and reboot your computer to retry the installation of Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable.
