I am unable to add my organisation account to the microsoft authenticator app. When I scan a QR code, the app processes it but always comes back with the "Unable to add account" error. I have tried entering the code and URL manually too and the app picks up I am using the same details again (i.e. I am entering the code and URL correctly) but still fails each time with this process too. I have tried numerous QR code refreshes but still the same error.
My administrator has followed the recommended process by requesting that I re-register my MFA through the administrator centre but this has not changed anything.
What can I or my administrator do to resolve this?
