cannot access

I installed 365 and cannot access. I don't know where to go to access it and I tried to open a doc that was done in 2010 years ago and it won't open. Shouldn't I be able to do that?

    O365 is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Office 365 actively monitors questions over at
