Member groups in sharepoint server 2019

Hello,
How to update member groups in sharepoint server 2019?
We are using the member related information using the userprofileservice.asmx web service.
That web service has methods such as GetCommonMemberships, AddMemberships etc. When we use the method GetCommonMemberships for a particular user, we are not seeing that the user is not part of the member group even though he is added to the group long time back. When I checked in the database in the membersgroup table in the profile database all those groups got updated when we migrated to sharepoint 2019. After that no update happened. The user profile service application is running with Active Directory Import. So, how to get these member groups updated in sharepoint 2019 environment?

    Please make sure that you have created a connection to AD for import: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/administration/start-profile-synchronization-manually

    Afte that, run a full sync then check the results: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/administration/start-profile-synchronization-manually

    Hello MichaelHan-MSFT,
    yes we have created AD import with connection. Import works good as far as the people profiles from AD. We have Full import running weekly and incremental every 30 mins. That part works good (importing user profiles)
    But the memberships are not getting updated.

    I wanto to Add that AD groups are getting updated in that table. Sharepoint member groups are not getting updated.

    I read that User Profile to SharePoint Full Synchronization job is responsible for updating SharePoint Site memberships. I ran that job manually (it is running successfully every hour), still the memberships are not getting updated in the MemberGroup table.

    Hello,
    any solutions for the above issue?

    Question is below again.
    "Why SharePoint site memberships are not getting updated? We can see that in Membergroup table in profile database which shows no update on SharePoint site groups. Also MyMemberships webpart also is not getting updated with SharePoint site memberships"
