The openspec-* tags are dedicated to supporting issues related to open specifications. You can find open specifications here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/openspecs/
Since your question does not pertain to one of these specifications, I've removed the openspecs-office tag.
If I've misunderstood your question and you believe this is related to the Open Specifications documents, please clarify, providing the document name and section with which you have the question or issue.
Best Regards,
Mike Bowen

2021-08-13T08:05:07.62+00:00 Hi,
Thanks for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.
Please configure software update points to synchronize the Microsoft 365 Apps client updates. Set Updates for the classification and select Office 365 Client for the product and synchronize the software updates again. Then open wsyncmgr.log file to see if there is the item related to Office 365. Wait for the synchronization to complete.
Please make sure below requirements are met:
1,The computer that runs the installer must have Internet access.
2,The user that runs the installer must have Read and Write access to the content location share provided in the wizard.Best regards,
Simon

Thanks for your reply.
What version of SCCM are you using? If possible, please install the latest hotfix to have a try.
