Online Excel Script Trigger

Is there a way to trigger a script within the online version of Excel when a cell's value changes? Something like onEdit?

    Unfortunately there is no ability to run scripts at all in the online version.

    Is there an ability to run script on a time interval, triggering every "X" seconds, minutes, etc.?
