Power Query connecting to a SQL server table

I have a power query that is connected to a couple of sql tables. The data in the sql tables is constantly being updated. Is it possible to update the power query file without going into it to refresh it? Reason I'm asking, is that the power query is feeding Power BI reports that the end user wouldn't know how to update. I would like for the power query file to be updated automatically if possible.
