Next and Submit Button on Microsoft Form

Question

I would like to know how can I add the submit button in the middle of my form, not just at the end. The thing is I don't need all the questions answered just the first 8th and the others are optional. But since I am using sections and Branches the Submit button only appears at the end. is there any way I can do this?
