Cutover migration errors

i am running a cutover migration from exchange 2016 to exchange online and have been facing the following;

  1. Error: MigrationProvisioningPermanentException: Failed to update one of the recipient properties. --> Couldn‎'t find a user or contact with identity "/o=company/ou=Exchange Administrative Group ‎(FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)‎/cn=Recipients/cn=company080". --> Failed to update one of the recipient properties. --> Couldn‎'t find a user or contact with identity "/o=company/ou=Exchange Administrative Group ‎(FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)‎/cn=Recipients/cn=company080"

2.Error: UnexpectedTargetRecipientTypeException: An unexpected recipient of type ‎'Contact‎' already exists in the target environment. Expected a recipient of type ‎'Mailbox‎'.

3.Error: TooManyTransientFailureRetriesPermanentException: The job encountered too many transient failures ‎(61)‎ and is quitting.
