Cutover migration errors

i am running a cutover migration from exchange 2016 to exchange online and have been facing the following;
- Error: MigrationProvisioningPermanentException: Failed to update one of the recipient properties. --> Couldn't find a user or contact with identity "/o=company/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Recipients/cn=company080". --> Failed to update one of the recipient properties. --> Couldn't find a user or contact with identity "/o=company/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Recipients/cn=company080"
2.Error: UnexpectedTargetRecipientTypeException: An unexpected recipient of type 'Contact' already exists in the target environment. Expected a recipient of type 'Mailbox'.
3.Error: TooManyTransientFailureRetriesPermanentException: The job encountered too many transient failures (61) and is quitting.
