I uploaded and transcribed a :45 minute audio file. Now I want to do the same with a 1:06 minute file, but it says I'm over my 300 word per month limit.

Is there a way to delete completed work?

Is there a way to increase the limit?

Hi Sam_300

Thanks for posting the thread on our forum.

According to your description, it seems that you want to upload the 1;06 minute, but you get that you’re over your month limit.

Question 1: Is there a way to delete completed work?

If you select to create a new transcription, the existing transcription will be deleted automatically. Refer to Transcribe your recordings (microsoft.com) as below

Question 2: Is there a way to increase the limit?

It’s a pity that there is a limit of 300 min/month at this time. We are exploring ways to enable purchasing more.

Generally, you can transcribe up to 300 minutes of speech content per month, so may I know if you have other uploaded works  in transcription which caused your limit is over?

Appreciate your patience and understanding.

Regards,

Stacey
