Microsoft Forms Exporting Issues - Permission

Question

I'm having difficulty in exporting results from Forms I've created and getting a Permissions error message. This is a Form I've recently created, and need to understand how to export this data.

I did a test and I can't reproduce the issue you mentioned.

May I know where do you create the form, in the Forms platform, in the OneDrive for Business site or in the Office 365 group?

What did you do before the issue happened? Could you export the responses before?

If you create a new form, what's the result? I suggest you clear the browser cache, restart the computer and then do a test to see the result.

Hi! Thank you for the prompt response. Here is a screenshot of the issue I'm running into. The only issue is, I created this Form/survey. I'm unable to understand where this is ending up or pointing me to?

Hello Padama,

Generally, if we create a Form or Quiz in https://forms.office.com, we just need to open the Form/Quiz> Go to the Responses tab> Click on Open in Excel; where it will generate an Excel file with all responses in the Form/Quiz
