Syncing two web parts

Hi,

I currently have a sharepoint site where same items are displayed on 2 site pages as a web part.

Web Part Type: Text (with hyperlinks to documents in same folder)

e.g.

* Test 1

* Test 2

Both site pages have different layouts

If I have to edit 1 webpart, I will need to manually edit the other. I am looking to sync both of the webpart so it will auto update the other when I work on just one.

I was looking to start this through Flow but the items required are usually a site address, Folder Name, etc. However I'm only looking to sync a webpart and the items on the webpart are pulled individually from the folder through manual hyperlink.

Any idea on how I can make this happen?

Hi XinYi_Solutions,

I go through the post carefully. I am sorry to say there could be no built-in features in SharePoint to sync two Text Web Part. And in Microsoft Power Automate, there could be no connector related to SharePoint Web Part.

As a workaround, you may try using other web parts in SharePoint page, like use file link in File Viewer web parts to display contents you want. You may edit the document that linked to the web part and all web part will get the update,

Best Regards,

Clark
