Hi Cameron,

Thanks for posting in the community.

According to your description, you can’t use Project Web App (Project Online), even your account has the related license. To troubleshoot the issue, I would like to collect some information.

  1. Please reassign the license to your account, then wait for several hours and check again.

Please unassign the license, Save changes, re-assign the license, Save changes, then wait for several hours and check again.

  1. I would like to know whether the admin with related license can access the PWA Home page or any PWA sites directly?

If re-assign the license doesn’t work and the admin can’t access the PWA site/home page, the issue is likely caused by the backend, not any settings. Based on the situation, I would like to suggest you create a support ticket in the Admin Center> Support> New service request. That support team there will have the correct channel to help you investigate more and find what exactly reason has caused this issue.

Appreciate your understanding and patient.

Regards,

George
