Creating an automated checklist in word, excel or forms

Question

I am looking to create a checklist where when a checkbox is selected, a list of items based on that selection will populate in another section of the spreadsheet.

I feel like there is a simple solution I just can't seem to figure it out.

In the attached example, when I check an item from sheet 1, I would like the list of the corresponding items from sheet 2 to populate under sheet one in the "ingredients section" where I can check off the items I have.  

Can someone help?

If you feel it can be helpful for your work, post back and I will share detailed steps. If you still want to use checkbox, it is suggested to post another thread in Programming category and see if your demand can be achieved by VBA codes.

What exactly do you mean by "will populate in another section of the spreadsheet"?

Do you want the items in the second sheet to appear, do you want each item to be checked, or...?
