Sync notes between device

I am using iPad Pro and Android mobile phone to jot down the notes in meetings and on the go. OneNote has very good feature - auto sync with my desktop computer. I can do some complex touch-ups and enhancements of notes thereafter. Hoever, the auto sync has lots of trouble - common issues: conflict pages and failure to sync. I am unsure if I am unfamiliar or work incorrectly to cause it but it happens often. Can someone advise me how to prevent from such issues and in case of happening, how can I fix it. Thanks!

Thanks for your suggestion with following results.

    1. I tried it and it works initially but the issue comes back after the use for sometime. Is there any Reset button within the software?
    2. In reality, it is my personal notebook and no one is shared to use at the same time. Notes syncd between devices are the highligh of this software and most useful to the users nowadays. It must be desinged robustly.

    Hi!

    You can do as following:

    1. We suggest that maybe you can create a new notebook, and then copy all the notes to the new notebook and Resync.
    2. We also suggest that you try not to modify OneNote on several devices at the same time, otherwise the server will generate an error in the modification time and cause conflicts.

Let us know if it works.

    Best Regards

    Hi Rebecca,

Thanks for your suggestion!! I tried to logout and login several times on Android, iOS and Windows devices without marked improvements. Conflict pages do exist. I tried to delete the latest version of pages but does not help. Probably it may have other catches!
