I am currently being charged $7.53 from MICROSOFT*MICROSOF MSBILL.INFO WA S301279255162380. I do not have any subscriptions, I have checked all of my accounts and there are no charges or subscriptions shown, no one online seems to have the answer, and when I look for an answer on the support page it sends me to a phone number and after I tell that phone number it's a billing question the automated message sends me to a website that then sends me back to the automated message. This is ridiculous, tell me what I'm being charged for and how to cancel it or give me my money back. AGAIN I HAVE NO SUBSCRIPTIONS ON ANY ACCOUNT!!! DO NOT LINK ME TO SUPPORT PAGES THAT SHOW ME HOW TO CHECK MY ACCOUNT SUBSCRIPTIONS AS I'VE DONE THAT COUNTLESS TIMES AT THIS POINT.

Is the charge appearing on your bank statement or a credit card? Have you tried contacting your bank/card issuer to cancel the subscription?

If you can't identify the email account the charge is associated with, MS won't be any help.

    .

In that case you can try asking the bank/card company to reject the charges as fraudulent.

    .

If they wont' do that, the only remaining option is to close the account that is being billed, and open a new one. Make sure that add a note to NOT transfer this charge to the new account. You have no problem with MS cancelling the service because you are not using it.

Hello, I’m Virginia, I have 20 years of expertise in fixing my own & friends’ PC problems.

Sorry to hear you’re experiencing problems. May I ask which Windows 10 build are you running - 2004, 20H2, 21H1 or 21H2?

Have you ever used any other email address as your Microsoft account? If yes then this charge may be under that account. If you have already checked this then I apologise.
