403 error when access OneDrive

Hello, Tin,

I have the same problem today - I can access all other apps, but I get error 403 when I try to go to OneDrive (I can access it on my computer as it is synced, but want to access it online for a specific reason.

I don;t want to have to switch between browsers, so can you suggest a better fix, please?

Microsoft 365 and Office | OneDrive | For business | Windows

    To narrow down this issue, you may try the following methods:

    1. Please try to clear the browser cache and make sure that they also select the Cookies and website data option.
    2. Please try to access the link using their web browser in InPrivate mode.

    If the issue persists, may I confirm the following information for a better understanding of your situation?

    1. If you are able to log in to Office.com and access your office file successfully?
    2. If you are able to sign into OneDrive using another device? e.g. your mobile device.
