Extract Row from Multiple Workbooks

Hello,

I have about 60 separate excel files, or workbooks. I have two columns in each, one power and one frequency. I would like to find the maximum power in each workbook, extract the row (so I get both the max power and the frequency associated), and put it in one separate workbook. Any easy way to do this? Thanks!
