Recieved a bunch of suggestions for my problem, but no solution yet.

I'll try to be moge specific:

the form was created manually, no vba code involved

somehow when playing with the form, not all the fields show up. At this point, I would like to just delete it and

start all over. Tried to delete it from ribbon, but still there.

would appreciate help.

thank you

You don’t say exactly how you:-

Tried to delete it from ribbon, but still there.

All I do to achieve this is:-

 - right click the Form button in the Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) then:-

 - click Remove from Quick Access Toolbar

I’ve just tested the above on my configuration and it works perfectly OK.
