Check the manufacturer's support site. Maybe you need to reinstall the app.
Have you tried reinstalling it from the site where you got it, either https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/office/WA200002281 or https://prowritingaid.com/ ?
Note that the free trial is good for only one week. After that you must either purchase it or use the free add-in for the Chrome browser (which doesn't do anything for desktop Word, only the online version).
